I Just Know Odds and Grand National Form 2019

14:35, 6 Feb 2019 Updated 14:41, 6 Feb 2019
Grand National winning trainer, Sue Smith, could have another strong Aintree contender on her hands in the shape of I Just Know. The eight-year-old gelding has attracted support for the 2018 Grand National with his price contracting in from 150/1 following his win in January in the North Yorkshire National at Catterick. The highlight of his emphatic fifteen length that day was his superb jumping and undoubtedly his alacrity at his obstacles is a big plus for Aintree. I Just Know's win at Catterick was over 3m 6f and, if anything, he seemed to go further clear of his field once the need for stamina kicked in. Likely to be ridden by the excellent but underrated Danny Cook, I Just Know likes to race from up with the pace and that tactic has proved profitable in recent Grand Nationals.
