Dont Push It Odds and Grand National Form
Very talented chaser who proved frustrating in an early career that started so promisingly with a host of early short price victories and running Denman to under a length in a novice chase at Cheltenham.
A fall in the Arkle and then another fall when a well backed favourite for a handicap chase at the following Festival saw doubters question if this horse would ever win a big race over fences.
Jonjo O'Neill decided to revert back to hurdles to help find the horse's confidence and this worked the oracle as when he was brought back to the larger obstacles he was the convincing winner of the big three mile handicap chase at the 09 Aintree meeting.
This season has seen him in good form, most recently just failing to get up in a three and half mile handicap at the Cheltenham November meeting.
Don't Push It now finds himself on a mark of 155 which would put him pretty near the top of most Grand National handicaps and for a horse with a history of jumping problems that would seem a very tall order.
