  Still to win a race since 2006 Feltham Novice Chase at Kempton where it looked like a career at the very top beckoned. Connections have stated that they feel he may be better racing right-handed so perhaps his participation could be in some doubt. He got within seven lengths of the National favourite at Doncaster but his jumping was very sticky that day and he would need to improve in that department to have a chance over the Aintree fences.
