Old Benny Odds and Grand National Form
Owned by Trevor Hemmings and with that owner's Hedgehunter now retired he will be looking for another National horse to take his place. Proved his stamina for this race when winning the National Hunt Chase at Cheltenham and then went on to finish fourth in the Scottish National when 4/1 favourite. Alan King has not had many runners in the Grand National over the last few years but he may have trouble swerving the race with this horse as connections are sure to favour a shot at the Aintree race. With slightly more experience and more confidence in his jumping style he could develop into a horse with considerable support for the great race.
