Has now had four outings around the Aintree fences and has recorded two incompletions, a victory in the 2008 Becher Chase and a fine runner-up spot last year in the Grand National itself. Carried 11 stone 6lbs when losing out by five lengths to Don't Push It and has gone further up the handicap for that great performance so, on the face of things faces a stiff task if he returns in 2011 as a twelve-year-old. Nevertheless, perhaps now the shape of the Grand National is starting to change and after years of horses with weights under or around eleven stone being favoured perhaps the class horses are starting to come into their own over the Aintree fences?
